So, I told my bank to stop automatic withdrawls from these scumbags. I also sent them Pollyann's letter, to which I have heard no response.
So what happened? They STILL found a way to debit money! They used some sort of check. Now I have to go thru even more hassles!
I am tempted to just cancel my bank account, but my credit is so bad now I don't think I can get another checking account.

Your credit rating doesn't matter when you open an account at a bank. Banks check ChexSystems, credit unions check your credit report. Explain to your bank that someone is taking out unauthorized ACH transactions. (automated clearing house). They should be bending over backwards to get you into a new account. What bank are you with?
