Life Hit Me Hard
Date: Thu, 03/01/2007 - 16:44
I took a class in High School that taught how to budget and manage your money. However, I got credit cards anyhow. I was fine until I took a job as an IO careprovider, and it did not work out for one reason or another (I was not getting PAID! :x) So, I had to start over. So I became a waitress, and had to rely on people's generousity, which in the majority is not very kind. After that I found other employment but by the time I did it was too late. I was swamped with credit debt, behind on my car payments, struggling to make tution (by the way I am a full time college student),and fell into the cycle of payday loans. The only money I had for the 2 week cycle was 30 dollars, which goes toward gas to drive to work. I think about my finaces constantly. I lay in bed feeling hopeless and afraid of what the collection agencies are gonna have instore for me if I do not get help soon. I have no one helping me, and I hope and pray that something turns around for me. I get more messages from creditors and collections than I do the people I love. I just hope that there is help out there for me. I applied for a free consultation from DCC. I pray this is my big break, for some real help from people who actually want to help.
