Hi,
I live in PA and I have been going through some VERY tough times. I though payday loans would be the answer and now I've fallen onto worse tough times because of them. I'm so stressed about it that it's making me sick. I need to consolidate my payday loans and I don't know of anywhere that will because they are internet payday loans. Can anyone help? i have loans through. Cashnet USA, Zipcash, Payday Ok, GFSIL, Payday2go, Paycheck today, and probably others. Some of them my mom even took out to help me and now I've screwed her up too. I really need help and don't know where to turn. I'm downward spiraling quick and don't have any answer. Please help!!

Welcome!
You have come to the right place--and in order to get the full benefit of this site, I suggest that you register with us.
And trust me when I say that PDL's are something that we know ALOT about here. In your situation, I would make a list of the PDL's that you have first, and then indicate whether they are storefront or internet.
The reason this is important is because in most cases, storefront PDL companies are usually licensed in your state and should be paid first, since there is a greater chance of them taking you to court.
And if you want information on internet PDL's, do a search on them here, and chances are that we've already got threads on them.
I really hope you register and come back!

Hi, I'm already register. I didn't know how to log in (oops)and AMushinski is actually me. All of my payday loans are internet and I have read a lot about them on here. I am confused about what the rules are for PA. I'm not so bright sometimes so some of the legal things went over my head LOL. I do have to say that just reading what other people have to say has made me feel better already, like there may be some light at the end of the tunnel..! Any help that anyone can give is really appreciated. Thanks again.

I have found myself in the same situation - 7+ payday loans, an overdrawn checking account and more stress than I started with.

All my loans are internet loans so I called my bank and they removed the electronic withdrawal authorizations for each loan. I went here http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/
and looked up the laws for my state with regards to payday loan fees, etc.

just called Cash One (the first on my list!) and informed them that their fees were in excess of what is legal in my state and that I have actually overpaid the loan. They backed off immediately and said they may indeed owe me a refund depending on the state I live in. Who knows if I'll see an actual refund, but it was encouraging.

paycheck today will send your account over to a not so nice CA. We have 2 payday loans that got sent to them and now they say they will settle for $1001 (should be $1320)for 2-$200 loans. So be careful with them and contact them before anything is to happen to see if you can make arrangements BEFORE they send it to collections. But with the other ones listen to what the other members have to say about them. But you just need to stand your ground and be firm with them, try not to be rude. I just got a PIF letter from one today by standing my ground. If you need help with any letters or how to go about this just keep asking and you will get the help you need. There IS light at the end of the tunnel I think I am starting to see it myself. I have had 10 store front and 10 internet loans out at one time and now I have paid off 4 storefront (2 more PIF on the 23rd) and 3 internet ones. So stick to your guns and know that if you put your mind to it you CAN do it. But I would take care of your mom's loans first.

Hiya tbunny75, you could start a new thread of your own in the payday loan help section and list the following information, then I am sure there will be someone who will advise you. :)

-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
