Escallate, LLC collects money for other compnaies. They are a debt collection agency

we mail a check for $998.00 1606 E. Turkeyfoot Rd in Lake Akron and it was returned. Where should we mail it?

My 74 year old mother went to the emergency room on 12/01/08 for a gallstone problem. Today, 12/30/08 I got a call on MY cell phone from this number (877 237 7787). I googled the number and called them back. They say that my mother was billed on 12/18/08 for the amount of $350 dollars and that she is PAST DUE AND THE MATTER IS BEING HANDLED BY ESCALLATE COLLECTIONS. When I explained that even if a bill HAD BEEN SENT on 12/18/08 we are ONLY 12 DAYS BEYOND THAT DATE. Still, the woman from Escallate insisted that I give her my mothers mailing address. I told her that if she didn't have my mothers information then she should not be harassing her.

These clowns think that they can harass and pester people whenever they want. My brother is an attorney and I will let him know about this call and let him speak to the clowns at Escallate Collections.

They called your cell phone because it was listed as the emergency contact on your mothers hospital paperwork. They are doing the same with my niece who was in a car accident and listed me as a emergency contact person. From now on when they want an emergency number I give them the doctors office #.
