Did you call your lenders and try to work out some extensions on the loans? You must also be aware that the lenders are charging interests as per the laws in your state and the contract has no disputes in it. Check the fine prints and work out some arrangements with the lenders.

Brownsugar, thanks for the info on T & C. They are WONDERFUL!!!! The lady I talked to was SO nice and I wanted to cry after I talked to her because I felt so much better. They are affordable too. I am going to fight a couple of these places and then after that I am going to join T and C's program. I just have to wait till I have $155 to start up. I LOVE them already so thanks again for the info!!!

Yes, T&C are wonderful! I have been with them for about 2 month now and I really enjoy working with them. They took the stress away and dealt with my payday loans and credit cards. When I started I had 12 loan out and now I am down to 7. So I just want u to know that T& C is great and I am also a praying woman, I believe that GOD is able and he will take care of our problems. Everyhting will work out in the end. Oh also you pick the right place to join this forum for support, they to have been great:) On that note, have a bless weekend.

Town and COuntry has been good to me as well. They have been paying my bills on time and allowed me to put my credit cards on the account as well. I will be able to pay off two loans next month. By August, I should be debt free and able to purchase me a new car.

When you signed up with this space did you request a call regarding the credit counseling referral? If you did someone should be contacting you shortly with referrals for credit counseling companies. If not I believe you can go back to the home page and still request that service.
