Refund letter template - is it requesting for refund?

It might be a case of altering the letter to request the refund, I know there used to be a template for requesting the payday lender to refund what you have overpaid per your state laws.

Here we go again. This site is not responsible for taking the money out of your account. You will need to contact your bank to get the company info on who did this to you. And then contact them for a refund or dispute the charges with your bank. AGAIN, this site has NOTHING to do with the money taken from your account.

Steelers I have answered her 2 times now and given her the information...let her just get her lawyer...If she isnt going to read the posts to get the help she needs than why waste our breath...I could see if no one at all answered her but I have twice now!
