Ok. I went to Basic Training for the US Army back in September of 2004. At the time I had a contract with Verizon Wireless. I had them discontinue my service once I learned that I was being stationed overseas in Germany.
I had all my mail being sent to my home of record Personal info removed for your safety - Mike. At one point statements were showing up there but then they stopped getting them. I have not been able to contact who I am supposed to pay and my credit is suffering greatly.
I need help and need to know what I have to do.

Can you call Verizon and know the present status of your account
Can you call Verizon and know the present status of your account? Their phone number must be mentioned in the contract. Then you may put some payment proposals and clear off the account as per the arrangements.
Be quick otherwise Verizon might be in the process of sending your file to some outside collection agency or they might have already hired one.
If you cannot find your contract, you can always look their info
