I got this from T&C today to sign. Do I send this back to T&C, or do I make copies of it and send it to the PDLs I've put with T&C?

I don't know what's mentioned in the disclosures. Read it carefully. It must be something about your authorizing them for the negotiations and withdrawing money from your account. You should have one copy with you.
