Credit Card Debt

Hi, i am overwhelmed by credit cards. It is my own fault, I have aprox $40,000.00 in CC debt, some of the cards are really high apr. I have maybe 8 cards, I can barely make minimum payments. I do not have a mortgage payment, I own one of my vehichle outright- 07 Honda Oddyssey, I have another car I am paying off $328.00 per month and payments are current. Aprox $10,000 left to pay off. I make aprox $60,000.00 per year. My wife does not work. I need help..... I do not want to declare bankruptcy, but I dont know what to do?

Perhaps, you need some guidance in managing your debts. You have a decent income and the total debt is lower than what you earn annually. I think that you should be able to become debt free within one year and a half at the maximum, if you stick to one of the easiest plan in the dmp program. Speak with a counselor for your options.
