Molly - if you want a refund, we will not be able to help you. See - this site is not everprivatecard, secretcashcard or any of the others. You will need to visit those sites directly to get a refund.

Feel free to go to the police if you need. You, however, have posted your threat in a place that the real company will never see.

This is a debt forum where people seek advice and support for debt related issues. You need to make sure you have your information correct, because if you think this site is affiliated with this company, you are mistaken and will get nowhere with your BBB complaint. You must have googled the name and it lead you to this site because there are multiple postings complaining about others who were scammed by this company. I was scammed also, again, this site is NOT affiliated with this company.

Why do we waste our breath guys? Not one person looks at the previous post where we try to tell them how to get their money back so why do we continue to do it? I have wasted my breath for the last time on these people..either they are too dumb to figure it out or they are just people trying to get a rise out of someone...

You waste your breath because this is the site that all people who have an issue with Everprivate are told to come to when you call their customer service line. We are not dumb or stupid. We just want to know how to get our money back. I did get a refund from them. I went to my bank and disputed the charge to my account. My bank was not able to help me, but it did put a fire under their rear ends, and I got a refund. It was pretty easy. I was lucky, because I did have the extra money to handle it without stuff bouncing all over town. Some people live from check to check and are not that fortunat. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

I actually received a refund check. I started at everprivatecardservice.com and clicked on contact us. They answered my email promptly but they kept saying I authorized the charge. They said that I clicked yes while applying for a paydayloan or something like that. After arguing back & forth with them for a few days they finally agreed to send me a check. I received the check about 5 days later.

Christiancashusa.com are the people that gave everprivate card your information. At the bottom of the application on the first page, it says something along the lines of "Sign up for your VISA $25,000 Prepaid Card!" If you click yes, some other text will pop up and in there is where they say they're giving your info to everprivate card. What's really screwed up is my boyfriend clicked no for that option.
