Debt Management

I was in contact with a debt management company that has their headquarters in Phoenix, about a year ago, but then decided a debt management program was not for me. I would love to find them again, as many clients that come through my business used to always recommend them when I would ask for referals. Does anyone know the major one in Phoenix that is really non-profit...I remember America being at the end I just don't remember the first two words.
Also, if I do a debt management program, do they do just past due accounts or will they also take care of accounts that credit card companies have sold off to collection agencies?
