To Whom It May Concern: On this day of March 8, 2007

I’m writing in reference to Hess Kennedy I’m writing in concern of $402.00 that has been due back to me since February 4, 2007. I faxed a copy of my cancellation with the company, because they are very unsatisfying to me as a customer. I canceled on December 1, 2006 and I been getting the run around from the company since then. I will have to seek further concerns if I don’t get the money that is due back to me. I started with the company asking for help to get me out of some of my debts and the company did not fill my request and I have seek another firm to help me in doing so. I will continue to seek information about my account I never received an account number and I also have the proof where my account was withdrawn from every month on the 24th day of each month of $134.00 starting in August until November 2006. I was in agreement the first $134.00 is processing fee that is non-refundable, but anything else is due back to me. I have called on several occasions and I always get put on hold, my questions are never answered and I never get a direct answer to when I will get my money. I never experience a company who is so unorganized in handling customer concerns. What happen to good customer services? If I must do so I will seek further help in assisting me in getting my money back.
Sincerely Yours,
Concern Customer

Are you looking to see if this sounds good? Are you confused and think this is a Hess Kennedy site here? This is a debt info swap site and while we have talked at length about Hess Kennedy, we have nothing to do with them. Maybe the first thing you need to ger further help in is determining the right people to contact.
