PLease young people don't use credit cards they will only get you into trouble if you can not pay them off in the month and let them roll over.
Pay day loans seem to be the other problem I see what has happened to my daughter and I really don't want to see debt happen to young people.Maybe we should all go back to a cash basis no credit,no pay day loans they make it sound easy but it's horriable if you can not pay back.

Any type of financing is dangerous unless a person exercises caution when using it. I carry around over$40K in available credit in my wallet.  Most of my cards have to be dusted before I use them  .I was about $20K in credit card debt before I learned the painful lesson you are talking about.I was lucky enough that with my income and good credit to be able to move all this debt to a very low interest consolidation loan about 5 years ago.As of this year we are about 60% paid out on it. I use my credit cards now only for reporting purposes as banks like to see some revolving debt on your report when they look you over for credit. Everyone please understand any type of credit is dangerous if not used properly.

I agree. My life would be a lot easier if I had not started buying stuff I couldn't afford. An expensive lesson, but one I've learned very well. The very minute I pay off all of my remaining debts, I do not intend to ever incur a debt again.
