I need help with this debt can you help

To whom this may concern,
I owe $500 to my lawyer for a charge I acquired on March 6th. I owe roughly $2000 to Chase Credit, and $880 dollars to US Bank for for my minimum payment I paid on the credit card. I have a Job as a bouncer and barback at a local Night club, and i just need my debt consolidated into one monthy payment. Is there anyway you can help?
