How long does it usually take for the BBB to respond to a complaint? And what kind of results have you seen with the BBB when it comes to them contacting PDL companies?

Also, when you file with the BBB, what kind of information do you give them? Do you have any example complaints you can show me? :?: :?: :?:

I have never heard a thing from my comlaints to the BBB, its been weeks....Now the AG office got back to me within 5-7 business days stating that they were looking into the matter....

I have filed complaints and it depends on if the company you filed the complaint with responds or not. If they respond you will hear from the bbb, if they don't it might take a while, but you will eventually receive something saying the company has not responded to the complaint, which is what happened with Route66. I had gotten responses from 3Mildand and we have been going back and forth there. I guess it depends on how quickly a company responds as to how quickly you hear something back.

As far as the information, what I did was fill out what they asked and then typed in my complaint and included everything I did to try to resolve the problem and what kind of responses I received from the company, etc. It is very simple to do it.

I personally have not bothered with the BBB. It seems like the companies just lie to them when faced with a complaint anyhow.
