You were a victim of either: secretcashcard or everprivatecard. You should dispute the charge with your bank and get the company contact info from them. Your bank should be able to assist. I would also suggest, once you get this information you should file a complaint with your Attorney General's office. These companies have been hitting alot of people lately. Can I ask, did you by chance take a payday loan out over the internet, it seems this is how these companies are getting banking information of others.

It appears a person does not even have to complete the PDL transaction to get hit by scc/epc/whatever. I think the process begins as soon as banking info is submitted.

Money was taken from my account in the amount of $49.95 plus an overdraft charge of $33.00. I did not give permission for this to be done. I need my money back.
