A guy calling me making threats

i had a guy call me saying i owed 732.00 from a company named tjf/bahama marketing group and sgq processing. Which is a payday loan and which i did do but at the moment am not in financial ability to pay this off....saying that if i didnt pay they would have someone take me to tallahasse and arrest me for internet fraud is this true can they do this?

They can't arrest you for not paying the debts. The most that can happen is a legal case may be filed against you and the judge will order a judgment.
Did this guy validate the account he got from the original lender? Or, you can call the pdl companies and work out some repayment plans on your debts.
And trust me, I doubt that will happen because most of the IPDL'
