Company Name address date: To whom it may concern: (if you have a name, use it) This is a proposal letter for account #*******. I originally borrowed $$$ on (date), I have paid back $$$ so far. I have reviewed my obligation to you and fill that my offer of $$$$$ is more than fair. If you decide to work with me on this account and accept this proposal, I will expect a paid in full letter from your company. I feel this proposal is fair and it is in our both best interest to clear this matter up. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this proposal with me I can be contacted at (your email address)Hint, then you have a response in writing or request a reply in written form. That way you have proof. Please reply as soon as possible as I wish to clear this matter up immediately. |

Hope this has helped you, maybe someone else will come along with other advise. Keep watching your post.
