Has anyone gone to court for defaulting on Ace Cash?

Is this a storefront or an internet??? Storefronts can and will take a person to court civilly. Most internet pdl's do not have the liscensing to lend in most states so they very rarely if ever do....

Storefront. I plan to pay the loan back, I just can not pay in full. I owe 1050.00 I have paid 200.00 and plan to pay 200.00 every two weeks until paid in full. The corp office said they will not take payment arrangements but the store has taken a payment.

Keep making your payments and keep your receipts that way if you go to court the judge will see that you are paying this debt-once the store accepted the first payment they acknowledged that you are making payment arrangments

By paying only the fees, you are not putting anything on the principal amount. All your money is eaten up in interests alone.

Since this is a storefront lender, they might take you to the court if they don't get their money. If I were in your place, I will call the store and do the arrangements in writing. You need to make them aware of your actions and ensure that the payments are reducing the total outstanding balance.
