What happens in a mediation hearing?

I want to know in case they don't take my money what I can expect when I go there. :(


Normally, I have heard that the mediator works out the payment arrangements with the creditor because that's what the case was file for. It may happen that the creditor may not agree to the amount you proposed. You will have to see how much you can afford in that situation and turn the case in your favor.

Have a number that you can afford worked out on paper. Have your justification for your amount also, just in case the question it. List your income, then all your bills, you have to live and eat. Don't go in empty handed. Hopefully they will accept your agreement and you won't have to go through all this. Goodluck
