Wanted: a real & reputable debt consolidation co.

I live in DC, i have $10,000.00 in Debt, Medical Bills, Department cards and Credit cards. I would like to pay these off via a debt consolidation agency. Can anyone recommend one that they have worked with or a reputable one? Between payday loans and my other debt, i need help.
I posted about the pay day loans that i am stuck with. all storefronts, if anyone knows how to deal with or the best way to deal with storefronts when you cant afford to pay if all off in one chunk, please let me know. I am at a loss here.
