You could send them a cease and desist letter regarding calling you at work. If you have caller ID you could have your kids only answer calls they know the number for.

Depending on what state you live in you may have already paid the legal amount you owe. Most of these ipdl's don't follow state laws like they should. If you want to post more info we can give you some more specific advice on how to deal with the company.

I am sorry that you are going through this. I don't have a loan with them but I do with other companies with tactics that are just as bad. My coworker does have a loan with them and I have literally gotten calls from them on two different lines from two different people asking for her, both calling from big-int. I just hang up on them anymore as she is in your situation too. Good luck with them. Like goudah said if you give us more info such as the state you are in we can try to help you more.

This company is affiliated with GFSIL...please file a complaint with the AG as I learned today that this company is being investigated by numerous AG's in the states. They are overseas and the lady I spoke with today said that they are trying to figure out how to prevent them from lending in the US as their are numerous complaints against them.....

Ted ellis crosby and frank jackson iii and his team including his wife evelyn cain-jackson are also operating as "pre-litigations something" in jacksonville florida!! They are in bed with a guy named "joel" that is who they get the loans from to collect on--- same with a guy named "willie dugan" of "bmg" in kansas

They go by the name bass pre-litigation and assoc. They told me to pay or go to jail. I found out they are some small operation and run by a guy named phil henson---there are lots of blogs on them. Charlie crist wants to nail all of them

I would love to pay them off but they will not tell me where I can send a money gram or anything like that. The guy is rude and hateful and does not know what he even wants. First he told me I owed $410, then he says I can pay $350 and be done with them, then he says I owe them $440 and then he says I owe them $445. So I do not know exactly how much I owe. But becasue of over drafts my account is closed and they called me a lier. I just want to pay them and be done SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME.

I can totally relate, they are very rude they don't care that you are on your job. They have called my place of employment over 10 times within a 1 hour time spand. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I understand what you are going through I got a loan with them in Dec06. They have my home # but they call me at work to about 10 times they are so rude. I wish I knew this before I got loan with them.

I have also been dealing with these people. I borrowed 250 in Jan 07 and am sure I have pd that and then some. I closed my account today since I cannot contact anyone. They are going to try and access it on the first. I think I will go ahead and file a complaint with my AG's office. I have learned my lesson.

The company I work for keeps getting phone calls from reps at BIG wanting to speak w/some of our employees. Because this is place of business I cannot transfer personal calls but these people keep calling repeatedly throughout the day and are RUDE, DEMANDING, UNPROFESSIONAL and COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF PHONE HARASSMENT LAWS. And I'm not the person who has a loan with them, never would either! I am filing a complaint with the ACA of our state but cannot locate an address for BIG to include on the form. Please can anyone help with an address??

They just called my job over a dozen times and I called them back and told them I do not want a loan with your company because you are harrassing my place of employment. He said he still was going to give me a loan and didn't know who he was talking to. SCAM!!!. So if I have 200.00 in my account Iknow exactly what to do. I am in the same situation. I called them yesterday to look into a paydown and they said that the company does not allow that. Then they said that when I got the loan they explained all of the fees to me. I told the guy that I talked to that I never remember them saying that I was just having fees. I thought that in the state of California that they can only get so much of interest chargeed to me.

i'm on my second loan with them and i have no complaints they take what i owe them on the day the payment is due and send me emails to remind me of my upcomming payments. so why are all of you having trouble? are you not paying on time???

BIG/Interim Cash/GFSIL are all the same company and are not licensed to lend any where. They are rude and do not follow the laws. If you have a loan with them please read about them in the forum and ask questions..pay it off and get out of it as soon as possible.

The same man from this company keeps calling for one of our employees...he is very, VERY rude and has accused me of being a liar and harassing him! He has harassed 3 or 4 of my coworkers, too. He goes on about how we lie that said employee is not here, or accuses us of being that person, and how "this call is recorded". (To which we say, GOOD!) When I told him I couldn't give him a number, he replied "Let me talk to your supervisor." We went back and forth about how no one in my office could give him a number, and then I demanded to speak with his supervisor. So what does he say "I am the supervisor!" That started another argument...Finally someone else took the call but he kept at it with them too. All we do now is say "No they are not here, can I take a message". If not...too bad!

I answer the phones at my work. This company calls here once to 3 times a DAY for the SAME PERSON! The only nasty guy I deal with called me a liar, that she wasn't getting the messages. I got loud with him back. I have hung up and they call back. I keep doing this round about circle. Anyone know if it is illegal to call the work number?

SG, a person can send a cease & desist letter to these guys telling them to stop. However, this is an unlicensed/illegal company, so they do not abide by any requests. They will continue to break the law.

Artey.......DON'T DO IT!!!!! Keep reading posts on here and you'll be convinced to not get into the mess that a lot of us are in with PDL's. They are not worth it!!!

I had e-mailed BIG a letter the other day advising them that I knew they were illegal, not to make any contact via phone, only USPS or e-mail, etc. etc. Last night I got a message on my cell phone from a representative from BIG (with a big English accent) saying that he wanted to talk to me about an e-mail that was forwarded to him. I haven't and don't plan on calling him back. I guess if he received the e-mail, he didn't read it very thoroughly : ( I then e-mailed the same letter to them once again. Haven't heard anything as of yet. It's almost a little scary dealing with these companies!!!

artey - do NOT deal with this company. If you can get out of it, do it now. And get rid of your bank account if they have the information. They will NEVER stop.

tina - They will continue to call. Just keep sending the same thing over and over. I wish I could tell you the calls will stop; however, I can't. They are still contacting people up to a YEAR after the pdl. They are amazing. To me, they will never go away.

Thanks cannr, I plan on sending the same e-mail over and over again. I haven't heard back from they since yesterday. The only problem is that I answer my own phone and work and I don't know who's calling. I can't just tell everyone that calls that I no longer work there. I work at a school and I have parents and other people calling me throughout the day. So far, I've been lucky, no phone calls at work but I'm expecting them to start any day. The message from BIG yesterday was left on my cell phone, which I won't answer if I don't know who it is calling (caller ID)

tina, well, if they call you at work (and I hope it goes directly to you), just tell them you can not take calls at work and hang up. Yes, they will call back. They play hard ball when it comes to telephone calls. However, if you can keep it up, they might stop for awhile once they realize they're not going to speak to you at your work number. Maybe they will just hit your cell phone 100 times. Just keep telling them not to call your work and hang up the phone. I hate these guys. They harrass people to death.

BIG called my work only once... Luckily the bankruptcy attorney that I work for answered the call that day...

He hate PDL's and really jumped down their throat with a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo. He must have really scared them because I haven't heard a peep from them since.

The company that I work with has been getting numerous calls from this company as well. Last night "Ryan Adams" called 11 times within 15 minutes. The best thing to do is to fill out a complaint form with the Reno, NV Better Business Bureau. Also, be sure to send a letter requesting that they stop calling you via fax. That way you have documentation to prove that you have asked them to stop calling. The fax # is 877-762-7350

Ok everyone...what do you suggest I do about these guys? My payment was returned and I just closed my acct. so if they try again, it won't go through. I haven't received any calls yet. (knock on wood)

Please! There is no other way to deal with these people besides hanging up on them until they realize that they are wasting their time. They are calling from England and you can fax or mail to a Reno mail drop all you want. No one will call the guys in England and tell them to stop. You have to just discourage them. They can do nothing to you! NOTHING! I have dealt with them. Once they run into a wall they move on. If you talk to them they get encouraged like that lonely person that mistakes freindship with love interest. Like drugs! JUST SAY NO! They do not care about what is legal or not here in the US. They care about the commision they get for getting you to pay. Let them know in no uncertain terms that they are wasting their time!!

They left me alone and then came back with a feeble attempt several times over several months. You must wind up in a junk file that they try to work on now and then. I will go back and find my last posted converstion wit them. They also go by GFSIL and Route 66 Funding.

Just when I thought they were gone for good some guy named Sabi called me and after several hang ups finally managed to get to my voice mail. Said I was escalated to the legal dept. Then he called back and I decided to answer. I told him I was not paying him another dime and their was not a thing he could do about it and to crawl back into the cave he came from. He argued with me and got nowhere so he asked if I would like to speak to his supervisor. "OK."
"My name is Nigel can I help you." he sounded just like Sabi.
"Yeah, you can help me by going away." I replied.
"You owe us money, we are not going away"
"I do not owe you anything! I am not paying you so don't waste your time!"
"Yes you do. You are in serious legal trouble."

Today I got that stupid email that my payment was returned and perhaps it was a mistake signed by Chris Something the ficticious collection guy.

well i am having the same problem with this company,the constantly call my plce of employment,working my nerves.but here is th trip part after all the attempts to draft my account,they never could.so i spoke with a rep. who give me an address where i could send a money order.so i sent it 1 week later somone calls saying that i still owe them 280 for the 200 dollar loan plus an $80 processing fee cause the money order didnt clear.but when i called money gram they said the money order was cashed.here is an address:1005 terminal way

i keep calls up to 15 times a day and night at work wanting to talk to an employee. i tell them that he cannot get personal calls and they get rude and obnoxious and say they need to talk to him now. i transfer my work number to my home at night and they call for him at my home and they do not speak english and harrass me. i want these foreigners to quit calling. what can we do at our work to stop them!!

Yeah, this company is a trip. I used them several times, always paid the loan off on my next payday. Then I had to renew the loan for a month or so and finally paid it off. When I told them I wanted to pay it off, they said "Are you sure? You can renew if for just another $40.00" I told them that I didn't want the loan anymore. Even when they sent the confirmation email, it stated that I could still change my mind.

Guest - honestly the only way to get these guys to quit calling the work number is to convince them that "the employee no longer works there". If you can convince them of that, they won't call work anymore. They'll call home/cell number a million times, but just don't answer. Otherwise, they will continue to call the work number. If at all possible, say "that employee is no longer here." They usually understand that.....

So I contacted my hosting company today and I told them to shut down the dedicated server that BIG Payday set up under my account. They did... for a while, but someone at BIG called them up, threatened them, and told them to re-open the dedicated server. My hosting company broke under the pressure and reopened the dedicated server for them... UNDER MY ACCOUNT!!!!

I'm still trying to get these leeches out of my system. This is so illegal. How can they actually operate in the US for as long as they have? This is 100% criminal activity.

Yet I see these folks have been in business for a while. How is this possible? Why can this fraudulent business not be stopped by the government?

They don't even have access to my account any more and STILL they are able to get what they want. It's disgusting.
