Cashnet may give you hard time, so send them a money order with a letter outlining how you plan to pay them and when...They will take a payment even if they tell you they will not on the phone

Leah is right, they will give you a hard time on the phone and say that your arrangements are not acceptable to them but they will not turn down anything you send in.

i recieved a call at my job this evening from a lady rep from route 66 demanding that i give them 850.00 i told her i dont have 850.00 then she demanded my bank info i told her i was a victim of idenity theft and that my account was closed then she asked me for a friends bank info or relative i told her that was crazy how would i know that then she told me if i didnt have the money by 8 am that she was going to have her legal dept tell my supervisor take 850.00 out of my check on friday my payday

File the proper complaints through your attorney general's office and your division of financial institutions.

Just to be on the safe side, let your payroll department know about Route66 and what they might try to do. Send Route66 a letter revoking you voluntary wage garnishment. You can send it via email or USPS, but make sure you get a return signed reciept with that. File the complaint as mentioned above. I have had my share of dealings with them too and they are a-holes, but become informed about them and stand your ground with them.

It is amazing how its always about route 66. I thought they crawled back to the scum pond they came from. You will have a hard time filing a complaint because they are based in the UK from what I have been told and their call center is in India. I was first contacted by an American but she gave up right away. They will go away if you don't allow them to intimidate you. They are the worst of the worst.
I go away for a couple of days and I can't log in again. I have lost alot of Debtcc point because of this. Do I get credit?

Are you getting an error message when you try to log in?

The message says "you have specified an unknown name or invalid password" or something like that. This is so frustrating. I emailed Mike by replying to his kast one and told him I was using the same one that he sent me. Have not heard back from him yet. I have replied to a few people today with good information and feel that I am losing out. The same thing last week. This is not good for future members to see. It might discourage them from joining.

Did you change your password after Mike sent you the info last time? I know when I had the same problem last week Mike told me I should change the password again.

No Goudah! I am using the same one. I would like to change it but I am afraid to mess things up. I could not get on this AM either. Mike never replied to my email. I am not going to participate anymore until this is fixed. I am losing all my points.

It is Wednesday and still can't log on. I would open a new account but I will not be frogpatch anymore as it is used already. Nothing from Mike. I am upset by this. I was so enjoying this and now I have lost my identity. I own the domain name frogpatch.com and really want to keep using it spelled correctly. I guess Mike just gave up on me. Maybe I will be back. Its been fun.

Mike has been having some issues outside of this site, which you would understand if you knew about . . . Please don't give up because of this. I'm not sure what the problem is, but please be patient . . . . I will see if there's anything I can do to help too . . . .
