help me understand my rights w/ pdls

Sonic- 400
Ameriloan- 200
United Cash Loans- 250
US Fast Cash- 250
I know that for some states new laws have passed does that effect me even though these loans were all given from different states, if i could please get some help. I just want to know as much as i can. Thanks for your help!

I have personally dealt with Sonic and ameriloan and can tell you that they are two of the nastiest out there. You also need to revoke any voluntary wage assignments you might have signed, allowing these PDL's to take money from your paycheck in lieu of default, immediately. Do this in writing and send it to your payroll dept.
Sonic in particular is famous for this ploy, so you need to do this tomorrow.

Brooke, I can tell you how to deal with them. STOP!!!! Contact your Attorney General and close that bank account. NC was one of the first states to crack down on these predators. They are Prohibited from doing business there. Dont give them another dime. It is the same as my state WV. They are ILLEGAL>>> Plain and Simple. KYSIDE38
