Problems with GFS

I borrowed $200 from them last year and they told me the amount to pay back was $280.I extend my loan for two months but when I tried to pay the whole loan off, they told me that I owed $350. I went ahead and paid the loan and I checked to see if the loan was paid off. The representative told me that the loan was paid in full. About two weeks after I talked to the representative, I kept receiving harassment calls from them saying I did not pay off the loan and I owed $450. I talked to the representative and explained to him that spoke to a representative and he told me I paid off the loan, but he said that the money I paid was for late fees and it was not to pay off the loan. I believe I was misinform because I really thought the loan was paid off. Have anyone else had an experience similar to this one with GFS?


this company is nothing but a bunch of fraudulant jerks! First things first..file a complaint with your ag telling them exactly that also file a complaint with the ftc and send a copy of your complaints to this company. Do not give them another penny! They are trying to extort you..DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY THREATS THEY MAKE TO YOU! they are lying. Also you need to send them an email, letter and fax telling them that they no longer have the right to access your accuont nor may then invoke any voluntary wage assignment you may have agreed too...Then file those complaints and be prepared for numerous calls but they will stop if you do not let them get to you! I promise!

I came across hard times borrowed from them and extended every chance I got, by the time I went to pay them off thinking I owed about $280, the total was $500+. When I began to rant and rave the cost ended up being $100.

Does anyone have a fax number for these guys? Calling me at work, T&C, telling me to send them a Cease and Desist letter.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABOUT TO CAUSE ME MY JOB, THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND IT WON'T STOP. I BORROWED 200.00 FROM THEM, I EXTENDED 3 TIMES NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY 361.00 DOLLARS. WHEN I AGREED TO TAKE THE LOAN THEY HAD AN ADDRESS IN THE UNITED STATES, NOW THEY TELL ME THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. SOME ONE HELP ME.....
