hello has anybody ever dealt with cashnet usa? they wont stop calling me.. i took a loan for 200 out defaulted and they call like 5 times a day and when i ask them to stop calling me and call t&c they told me they will call when the want and whenver they want.. like to hear about anyone who dealt with them

I've dealt with them too. They are one of the few internet pdl's that usually follow each state's laws. I would recommend doing as Leah said, pay them what you can afford. They will tell you that they won't accept such small payments, but they will cash them.
