Not yet. I am still dealing with the current wage exeution from great seneca. The attorney I spoke with wants me to fax her a copy of the execution stating Wolpof and Abrmson as judgment creditor which I am going to do in a few minutes. I do plan on filing with the AG very soon.

Binding arbitration can be fought. Why worry if their contract terms are illegal in your state in any way,the contract would be null and void if they were dumb enough to go to court.

Thank you. I did send Westbury a Wage Assignment revocation letter just to be on teh safe side. Now if only Great Seneca wasn't stupid enough to pull this stunt....I haven't heard back from Faulkner yet. I faxed her a copy of the execution.
