Quick question. Is it legal when you sign for a loan with a pdl company and they have a binding arbitration clause that is in fine print, not on its own page and not bolded? Westbury Ventures has a binding arbitration clause. Would it be beneficial to send them a revocation letter so they don't try to come after me?


Yes make sure you do! Also, keep in mind that if a lawsuit were brought against you on this...its going to happen in your state so they are going to be bound by your states laws...They do not count on people knowing this so they use the old, We are not bound by your laws...
