OK first of all...send them a letter revoking any voluntary wage assignment you may have signed, and notify your payroll department...That is the only way they are going to be able to "garnish" your wages. They would have to sue you in order to legally garnish your wages which they are not going to do because they are operating illegally in nearly all 50 states(Do send those letters though because they will submit it and some companies will give them your check) Also, they can only submit your account to Teletrack which means you wont be able to getanother PDL...I would recommend that you close out and open a new bank account so that they cannot continue to try and take your money! This company is really devious

How much have you paid on the account so far? You don't need to worry if you have already paid the principal amount. Keep in touch with your attorney general and report their violations. CTC will not intimidate if they know you are reporting them to the AG.

They probably are just trying to scare you, saying they are going to report you to the checx system so that you will not close your account in fear of not being able to open another bank account, that way they will continue to be able to try to access your money from the bank account information you have given them in order to obtain the pdl. Another thing to always remember, these companies access the chex system and if you bounce a check they can obtain your account info that way, so don't bounce any checks(I was told this by they company settling my pdls for me, so I would believe this to be correct information)
