Hello All,

I signed up for this site because of payday loans. I got into some trouble and took out multiple loans, and now I'm paying for it big time. I really don't know what to do about it. I currently have a negative bank account.

I signed up for this site looking for help, but the company that the site recommended, called me today and told me that they do not work with consolidating payday loans. So now I'm back at step 1 and I'm really frustrated and lost. Can anyone help me? Can someone give me some info on a company that can help me consolodate these loans and get these people off of my back?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am in Pennsylvania. Here are the companies and amounts that I have borrowed:
ameriloan 300
Payday Select 500
Cash Today 250
United Cash Loans 300
CashNetUSA 450
ZipCash 300
PayCheck Today 200
Arrowhead 300

They are all internet. The only thing that has been paid back is interest on these loans. I did pay one other back in full so I didn't list it.

When PA wrote it's payday loan laws it allowed for internet businesses not located in PA to lend to PA consumers under A license from another state. I can tell you that cashnetusa is legal and doing business under it's Nevada license. There is a good chance that the other companies you have loans with don't have a license in any state.

T&C is one company that has been mentioned many times on this site that does consolidate payday loans. If you do a search for it you will find many people's experiences.

I am hoping someone can answer a question for me. I am in Payday .. **/**. I got one and then the fees got me so far down I got another etc. Well the two of them debited my account over and over.. they split up the one amount so I didn????????t only get one NSF but three at a time.. which went up to $800+ in NSF fees. The bank would not allow me to close my account until the balance was zero.. which I couldn????????t do because at the time it was up to $800.00 and on top of that I had bills such as car payment electric rent etc.. that had bounced because of the constant debiting that I had to take care of first. I was told to open a new account and the bank did eventually close the old one and sent it to Client Services to collect from me. I started a payment plan for a few months and got it down to almost $400. The payday loan I was trying to make arrangements with allowed me to make small payments.. but only with a check. Well offcourse then they debited my account once again and got my balance up to $350 negative in my new account.. a few things bounced which I am in the process of taking care of. Now because of all the fees and other bills bouncing I need a month or two to get back on track. In order to get my vital bills such as car, utilities and rent back on track I need the next few paychecks. My fear is what will happen now that I have two bank accounts that are negative due to the NSF????????s from the payday loan. They have no sympathy for that.. which I can????????t blame them??????? but I am wondering can you be prosecuted for that.. like bounced checks? Is that the same type of thing owing the bank?? I know they will call and try to collect and I will after a few paychecks get a payment plan.. but in the mean time is that a criminal offense??

Also, same as my account I will need to wait to next month to start paying the payday loan back. I will pay it back but need some time to get back on my feet. I know they will hound me and I did get a letter saying if I do not pay in 5 days they will follow with collection / civil proceedings.. can they prosecute me for a payday loan being unpaid? Is the worse they can do for a month or so is harass me??

Again I am going to pay this all back I just have to get my other stuff under control.. payday loans are a terrible terrible trap!!!!
