How long to pay debt collectors

Welcome to the Forums :D I'm not too clear on what you are asking. Are you talking about the original creditor or collection agencies? They will keep after you until you pay off debt. I paid on a Sears account from 1984 until 2006,and I didn't even charge anything for 14 years!!..Karen
