I have a PDL with OASIS 1 Marketing Group and they have turned it over to another agency (I think) and the amount I owe now is double the amount I borrowed. They started out taking $75 for xxx amount of times and I need to contact them, however, I had no info on the company so I stop payment on the debits so they could contact me. When they did they were not willing to settle this with me other than in court. I tried to make offers but if it was less than what they asked then they just hung up the phone. I tried to call back and they continued to hang up. I am writing from NC and I need to know what my rights are, please!!!!!!!!!

Guess what? The law is on your side my friend, PDL's are illegal in the state of NC and that means taht OAsis should have never lent you the money in the first place which means that they cant take you to court. How much did you borrow from them and how much have they taken out of your account??
