I am in default status with my mortgage company. Two questions: 1. Can my second mortgage company come after me? 2. Do you know of anyone that will consolidate my loans with my status?

Are you looking to consolidate your secured loans? Don't know if there are any companies that work on those types of debts.

Many mortgage companies will do whats referred to as a loan modification where they will take the amount past due and place it on the back end of the loan. Call them and tell them you want to work out something with them. No mortgage company wants to forclose. Been down that road before. You might also be able to refinace both mortgages through a third mortgage company.
