In the state of NC can you collect on a debt over 3 years old, what is the statue.
What kind of debt is this? For example, student loans never run
What kind of debt is this? For example, student loans never run out of the SOL. They are always collectible until paid.
Unsecured debts run out of the SOL after three years in NC. The company will try to collect and may take you to the court, but they cannot sue you because the SOL is expired.
