Chapter 13- Can it be paid off?

I have been in Chapter 13 for 3 years with 2 more to go, is there a way to legally get out of it and pay it off, if so- how can i do this- what are my options. thank you

Yes, you can pay it off early. You need to contact your attorney and they will tell you what the pay off amount is. But if you just state you want out and not to pay off then all the creditors can come back and sue you. I would contact your attorney and find out how much to buy out of the Chpt. 13, then you would have to get it approved by the court.
