Why would someone in these rough economic times do something like this. It is a shame that during this rough financial crisis there are people running scams and hurting innocent people who can barely afford to pay their bills as it is. I just don't understand how they sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people.

Anonymous III is correct! This is not a gossip column or rag. Despite Hess Kennedy's bad reputation, claims like that really should be backed by some evidence not just hearsay! I almost edited it but gave it a second thought and decided to leave it as an example of how not to post!
