Why dont they want you to pay?

I tried and tried to work out payment with this company, and all they are doing is harassing me, saying that if I don't pay by 2pm they will sue me... It seems weird that I am trying and trying to work something out, but all they want to do is threaten me. HELP!!!!

Are you putting your payment plan in writing? In most case, creditors accept the payment arrangements when you draft your plan and send them money. They usually don't keep the check uncashed for long. And if it's done, your proposal is accepted.
