After making bad decisions on a budget set for two incomes I am down to one, so I would like to find a financial institution to give me one loan to pay off the other loans...hence, one payment, smaller payment...no more harrassing phone calls?? Please help!!

Unfortunately, your credit isn't good. Any reputed company will not be ready to offer new loan to you. You need to be very careful if some company says that they can help you. There are many scam companies who will charge upfront money and run away. There are many people who have been victimized because of such scams.

You may consider a dmp plan to pay off the debts. A counselor will set up a lower repayment plan with your creditors and drop the interest rates. He will also be able to waive off most of the fees from your total debt. Stick to the monthly payment plan and you will become debt free after the program finishes.
