what is the lowest payment that can be made? if they cash the check or accept payment aren't they then agreeing to payments? thanks a lot

Welcome to the Community :D If you are talking about a credit card, I am not sure, but in contracts I have signed, there is a clause that they can call for the balance in full at any time, if they feel you have defaulted- or worded something like that. Alot of times, if you send a payment, they won't get too upset, unless you send 5 dollars on a 200 a month payment.
