How far can they go?

I have asked this question to another legal web site and can not find out anything about these people. The name of them is ChildSupport Network Services out of Arizona. We have maybe about $2000.00 more to go on paying back child support. We pay through the court. Evidently the ex signed up with these people. Last week they sent a letter to my husbands place of employment to garnish his wages. $17,000 in finance charges. There was no court order to garnish his wages. These people are so rude, they call and laugh that they are garnishing his wages.
What can we do.

OMG! That's horrible. How can they garnsh $17,000 when you only owe $2000??? Have you spoken to an attorney about this? It might be best to seek formal legal advice.

that's about all i can think of doing! I dont' think they're are finance charges on child support but i cud be wrong! U need an atty for sure.
