I am a little confused on what you are asking. Are you sure you didn't fill out an application on the internet for a pdl. I don't know how they could have gotten your banking and ss# if you yourself didn't apply for it. Perhaps someone you know took out the loan under your name. I would dispute this with your bank. Please advise us what state you live in so the laws for pdl's can be checked. Also didn't you wonder how there could be $600.00 placed in your account? Take a look at your bank statement as it should say where this money came from.

i never filled out a application,i never heared of this people at all..i never placed a loan in my whole life,because i called the collection agency they sayed i o them $600 dollars and it can go up to $2000 dollars if i don't pay it becasue of interest rates,but i never recieved any kind of money from them i checked my bank statements in called my bank in never recieved no loan from them,its telling me that they were trying to take money out and i never use that bank account becasue i have two bank accounts so didnt have money in there so now i am overdrawn... but when you get a loan should you show proof like id or any identiny of who you are anyway?? that means anybody can get a loan with your name.. what should i do my bank account is already closed

did you send the co. a validation letter? It is up to them to prove to you thst the debt is indeed yours

i sent a email to this guy name dennis best i guess his a debt doctor for the company but i just got there fax # so i am going to send a letter out, telling them they need to fix this matter,if they don't i will take legal action against this company becasue i found out that i am not the only one they did this to..they had problems with alot of people

Anyone dealing with Magnum Z should close their account immediately or put a freeze on it. They are not Magnum Cash Advance, they are a ghost lender as I refer to those PDLs who are impossible to find because they use many names to hide their identity. These people are bad news and totllay illegal. Even Magnum Cash is trying to find them from what I hear.

I called that number and they said we are not in there system. So is there another number? I looked at my bank statement and it says magnum cash direct.

I dont know what you mean you are not in their system. I gave you the numbers to the lenders you asked for. Is it possible that you need a different lendersnumber. You can do a search in the box at the top to see if you can find something else
