I did speak with them about 6 months ago and I would be very wary about signing up with them, they had a very high pressure tactic and wanted me to sign up that minute, wouldn't let me off the phone, kept pressing me to sign up, I told them I wanted to do some research and this didn't make the rep to happy. Also - others have mentioned on these boards they weren't happy with the customer service. Try using the ranking chart this forum provides, also make sure you understand all the fee's and check with the BBB before signing anything. Here is the ranking chart:

Do a BBB search for Credit Solutions. They're based out of Dallas TX, and have a list of complaints longer than my arm.
Do the search yourself, I can't post a link. :(
I tell anyone I speak with regardless of whether or not you're doing business with me, just stay away from Credit Solutions.

Credit Solutions is not a good company. I have been researching my options and there is alot of talk about debtxpert here lately. I am not one to trust many people and given the reputation the debt industry has made for themselves, I refuse to pay any up front fees without a company providing the service up front and then being paid.
Debtxpert has by far been the most impressive. For starters, they charge no up front fee. They guarantee you will not spend more than 55% per account or the settlement fee is waived. (I have this in writing) They only charge 20% of the amount saved.
The man I spoke to (James) was sharp as a tack and went through the entire process with me and spoke with confidence and was very patient with me. What really surprised me was when we ended the call, I was not anxiety ridden like I was with other companies I spoke with. They all bad mouthed each other and made me feel obligated to sign up with them.
I spoke to Debtxs, credit solutions, freedom debt, precept, debt settlement usa the lsit goes on.
I know that Debt settlement is not for everyone but if I choose to go the debt settlement route, I will choose debtxpert there is not a doubt in my mind.
I read a review in another forum here written my tincan that prompted me to contact debtxpert and after speaking to James, I can tell that tincans review is accurate as it gets.

I work for a debt management company, we do not do settlements, we instead help you pay off your debt within 5 years by lowering your interest and getting your late fees and overlimit fees waived.

do not use credit solutions. I have a friend who got ripped off by then. Try debt0enrollment.com, that what i'm doing and had some accounts settled within 6 months.

I would like to recommend you work on your debt yourself. My sister worked with one of these companies that negotiate for you and she ended up worse off. They did not help her situation at all. There is a FREE ebook available on takecontrolbedebtfree-dot-com that may help you put together a plan. You may want to check it out.
