West Asset Management Calling Family

Hello to all,
I have been turned into west asset management collection agency for one of my credit cards. They are calling all my family members asking for me. I sent them an email asking to just contact me at my numbers but if htey get one busy signal they call my family. How can I get them to stop calling everyone else but me.
Can I send them a ceast and desist letter? (spelling)
They can contact me but they keep contacting family for more info.
Any help would be great.

a collection deleted now show as a new one
Last year Palisades try to collect an old account and I dispute with CRA(transunion,expedian and equifax)was deleted form thier files.Now palisades try again and they put it back in my credit report.that's legal?
