Debt Benefit - Debt Settlement

Right off the bat, I'd like to say, they are a business. debt settlement companies don't hire attorneys, fight to negotiate lower settlements on your behalf and not expect to profit from it.
This is the way it works, companies that do debt settlement settle with banks, credit card companies, medical bills, personal loans, ect.
Let me give a hypothetical situation, let's say our attorneys are negotiating on behalf of 50 people with Capitol One and they owe (on average) $15,000. That's $750,000 the attorney negotiates down. Better results are achieved with a large sum such as $750,000 than an individual attempting to negotiate down $15,000.
Nobody wins with a bankruptcy, it stays on your record for 10 years, you're unable to finance or make major purchases (automobiles, homes, ect), and is usually a last resort. Credit card companies would rather recoup some of their money than nothing at all.
It's really simple, if you are struggling with unsecured loans, paying the minimum, not seeing your balance go down, need financial relief, and IF it makes sense (you're saving a considerable amount-50% of the loan and paying off the debt in minimal time 1-4 years with affordable monthly payments) then do it. If not, you lose nothing but time and leave more informed.

Warning , do not do bussiness with this company , it is obviously brand new but yet has tons of testimonials. How is that ??? Oh thats right because they are fake.

Hmmm...may be they're just another of the lot trying to wash their hands in the flowing river of settlement business.
