I am with unc here, the judge is not going to be happy with screwing around with this case when payments are made every month. I think the judge has better things to do than mess with this.

I'm current since they process a phone check every month out of my account which I understand now is a big no no.
I guess the key in this case is the payment plan will be reviewed in September. If they refuse to continue with the payment plan what would my options be -- I'm really trying to stay away from bankruptcy.
