I have defaulted on an internet payday loan. Instant Cash Payday is the company. They say if I don't give them money today, they will garnish my wages today at 35 %. I am in Tennessee. Please tell me what to do..

Also check with your employer right away. I had the same situation and when I talked to our payroll department they said that they will only honor wage assignments from the IRS or a bankruptcy trustee, so you may be safe and not even know it.
