I received an answer from the better business bureau. One clink Cash is saying although all of the condition and terms were me in an effort to assist the customer, we will write off the remaining balance. The account is closed now with a zero balance. We feel we do not warrant a refund on this account.
They are waiting for my answer should I accept it or should I disagree for a write off and tell them to say that my account is paid in full because i did over pay them?
