i have a problem with a deb agency, they keep telling that if dont pay them, they will increse my fees to 5000 dollars whe i just owed them 1200, they also keep telling me that iam suppose to pay for the fees of the lawyer. is that true what the are sayig? i am worry...i also have another question ,when they summon you , do they have to give the summon in person toyou or it is ok for them to give it to one of yourfamily embers.
