We have about $84K in credit card debt, all of which are 0% 0r 1% that we shuffle around to avoid rates higher than this. With this said, is this service right for us?

Let me warn you about a particular aspect about these low apr cards. This 0% or 1% rate is only a promotional offer made by the credit card companies in order to get more and more customers under their fold. This rate remains operational only for a short period of time, say 6 months, and jumps to the original rate after this promotional period expires. Thus you find yourself again in the sea of debt.

So, be cautious.
