When I returned a NES phone call, a woman named Tracy Slater answered saying "Law offices of NES." Are they a law office? I paid them $5000.00 with another credit card, did I make a major mistake? Help!!

Unfortunately, NES appears not to play fair. If you use the search feature at the top of this page, you will find many posts from others.
Did you get something in writing before you paid this payment, and how much do/did you owe?
I would watch my cc account carefully to make sure there are no other payments taken from it from them..Good Luck..KAren
