They work for me
I tried yourdebt.com and it worked for me. Searched around a little, and then submitted their form and within the week someone contacted me and helped me work out a solution.
I seriously would give yourdebt.com a shot.
Sorry if I misunderstood your question.

debt settlement helped me alleviate more than 45 thousand dollars worth of debt. I was in a position where my credit cards had me pinned to the wall. I researched multiple companies and decided on Debt Zero. They had a great history and there team was extremely helpful. I was out of debt completely in 38 months and my credit has already started to rebound. It really was the only thing that could have helped me. Bankruptcy was no an option. Their number is promotion not allowed as per TOS - Jason . Try them out. Good luck.

f ratings with BBB
it is not the company but the industry which get the f.
also be aware the BBB is a franchise, if a company refuses to become a member of the BBB they all get an f. In most cases the BBB franchise owner also owns a debt settlement co. Just like the one at the top of this string. you should be aware, debt consolidation care is a company

Not true , there are plenty of debt settlement companies that have satisfactory ratings with the BBB and are even members.

BBB opinion should no longer mean anything..if consumers knew what they charge business owners now to be a member====
most would deem their rating of other business meaningless one can search blogs and look to the internet to find out about any company they are dealing with===BBB is not about better business I think but about THEIR business turning a profit the charge for small business owners to me is way out of line==they priced themselves out of being legit as far as I am concerned if debt settlement companies have good ratings with bbb it is because they are paying for it..if you don't pay for the membership they say not enough information on file or something like that or they have not responded to our requests its all a joke -------if anyone relies on bbb ---search the web web web to find blogs and real opinions-------I don't know anyone who actually cares about bbb ratings these days
:D okay let's add an example a bad business can be a bbb member
:D okay let's add an example
a bad business can be a bbb member and if they respond to a complaint the bbb rating is satisfactory that they "RESPOND" and are a bbb member
a good business who has NEVER had a complaint but refuses to pay money bbb charges for business to be a member has statement like not enuff info is on file and business is not a member
I say GOOD FOR THEM
In past 20 years when I actually believed in bbb I have filed two complaints===they didn't do jack about resolving anything==and can't====they are like any web site out there where bloggers and posters can post their opinion==why should anyone in this decade think the bbb should help them make decision about a business when bbb charges members such a huge fee to be a member and get their approval?

The BBB is a tool for checking out business ratings...nothing more. If you want action, you need to be contacting your AG's office or the FTC.
you can do exactly what a settlement company does all by yoursel
you can do exactly what a settlement company does all by yourself.
All a settlement company does is have you pay them money that they set aside and hold onto until your credit card or bill gets far enough behind that the companies automatically start offering settlement amounts. If the settlement amount never gets low enough, they let it charge off and try to settle with the agency that buys it. You can do the same thing yourself. As someone who did collections for over a decade, I can promise you that if you just stop paying your bills, within 4-6 months every single one of them will start offering settlements - and in this economy, it may be even sooner. Why pay extra money that you obviously don't have to a company when you can do it yourself? I promise you, agencies have no more power or leverage than you do to settle. They don't get any better deal than you would. The further the delinquency and the crappier your credit bureau looks, the better the deal you will get -- that is all the science behind it -- nothing that you need an agency for.
How do you settle -
How can I settle on 60K worth of CC debt if I don't have the money to make the payments now. If there a way to renegoiate terms and monthly payments?
